New construction for a 7,000 sq. ft. professional office building including a club/restaurant area on the second floor. The challenge was to design this building on an expensive tract of land that is only 13,000 sq. ft. in a busy part of town, and still accommodate parking, handicapped issues, fire, life and safety code compliance.
