The scope was to provide an overall master plan for NICDP who’s in JV with JLR to produce a car manufacturing facility in KSA, called “AutoZone”. The Program of requirements shown below:
AutoZone Master Planning, including:
- Land use and Concept Building Master Plan
- Transportation and Circulation Plans
- Grading Plans
- Utility infrastructure Plans
- Environmental and Landscape Plans
- Preliminary Site Plan for the Test Track Facilities
- Preliminary architectural character studie
