Al-Gosaibi Office Building - Expansion to an Existing

Project consists of the addition of a new 4 story, 10,000m2 sustainable – green building adjoining an existing office building located in down town Riyadh, K.SA. The program required the maximum allowable floor area to be allocated for this addition. The proposed building consisted of "double-green" roof that utilizes "grey-water" reclamation and treatment plant for its sustainability.
