With timeless architecture that provides modern class A office spaces, the 8-storey Nama headquarter was designed to fit a major corporate needs and provides multi-flexible office spaces while anchoring in an emerging Jubail Industrial City. The desired working environment was carefully analyzed and designed to insure maximum user flexibility & convenience with open space planning, a highly efficient core, clear separations where required and ease of movement throughout the building. Throughout the overall quality of light, openness and spaciousness will provide the building’s occupants a pleasant and unique working environment. The built-up area is approx. 13,8000 sqm of office spaces besides supporting canteen, mosque and guard house facilities.
