Medical/Office Building 2

New construction for a 90,000+ sq. ft. 4 story scheme professional office building. The challenge was to accommodate the program and still fit surface type parking to accommodate the required 3 cars/1,000 sq. ft., whereas the tract of land measured only 4.5 acres, and is shared with “Medical/Laboratory Building 1”.
