GPYW ADMINISTRATION BUILDING

The program calls for a unique design that emphasizes the “youth” spirit of the young Saudi athletes. The idea was to design a “gathering” place for all Professional teams, in The Kingdom. The allocated track of land measures 6,000 m² where a 2 ½ story Administration building would be located.
Each floor of the “triangular-shaped “Wing” building measured 1,968 m² for a total of  4,500 m² floor area. The “wing” design stemmed from the proximity of the project to Jeddah International Airport & King
Abdullah Sports Stadium, where planes taking off, would have a bird’s-eye-view of the building.
