Speculative Office Building

Two (2) identical, 7 story (each) Class-“A” type office buildings along with a one 2 story stand-alone cafeteria/multipurpose building, and one 9 story (split level type) parking garage structure (with 2 story basements) located on 40,000 sq. m (±) lot, in Dhahran, KSA. The first building (prototype) shall be fully fitted & finished & utilized by anchor tenant. Whereas, the second building, shall be an exact “duplicate” of the first, and shall be leased out as a speculative office building, where only the shell-and-core will be finished out. The Speculative Office Bldg. shall be facing the main Abqaiq Highway (King Abdulaziz Road) for better visibility.
