New construction for a 28,000 sq. ft. professional medical office building including an MRI suite at the bottom floor. The top floor is designed as a rooftop-garden-terrace in order to keep the building green. The roof system, orientation, glazing and overhangs help keep the building cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
