The program calls for the design of a closed & secured neighborhood to house Family & Females tenants, at 2 various sites, in Riyadh, KSA.
The Family compound consists of: 14-3, 4 & 6 story mid-rise towers, with one Daycare Center, one Amenities Center, One Pool house Bldg. 7 Tennis Courts, to accommodate approx.. 250 families.
The Female compound consists of: 5-3 story & 8-5 story mid-rise buildings to accommodate approx. 2,500 female residents.
