6706 Kelvin Residential Tower

New 8,000 sq.ft., 5 story, high-end “Green” residential tower with a “Garden-Top-Terrace”. The challenge was to accommodate the program on a tract of land measuring only 10,000 sq. ft. in a very expensive part of town. The parking requirement and life, fire and safety issues according to the IBC 2003 had to be addressed in every step of the design process.
