Rafal Retail

Rafal is a massive business park in the north of Riyadh close to the airport, located on 1 sq. KM tract of land. The park will include both residential community as well as business/office space.  The need to prepare a creative and innovative Urban plan to reflect our capabilities. The following program is a part of the development:

•             Two distinct areas, one residential and one business
•             4 stars airport hotel in business area 300-400 rooms
•             2 students hotels, one male, another female, 300 rooms each
•             Retail, dining, services, recreation, sports, in both distinct area
•             Staff accommodation in business area for workers in retail, dining, etc.
•             World class sports, inclusive of ice arena, combined American football, baseball, soccer filed, indoor tennis, volleyball, basketball, gyms, etc.
•             Olympic size pool and several pools in the development including one in business.
