AL FATEH CLUB
Al Fateh Club Power Center is a regional commercial strip located in Al-Hassa area as part of the club vicinity. It consists of 5,000 sqm shop outlets at ground and terrace floor (with a possibility of adding a mezzanine). The building is located on a 10,780 sqm lot facing from one side a commercial street and another, the soccer training field.
The concept is to bring the “fans” to watch their favorite soccer team, where their training fields are located at the rear end of the power center in full view of shoppers and café goers.
