Coco Walk Regional Power Center

Approximately 200,000 sq. ft. 4-story regional power retail center with movie theater, restaurants and street vendors. It is more like a city square than a retail center. With almost 3.2 million visitors per year, it is probably the most visited retail center in the nation. It is the winner of the 1991 AIA Award for Architectural Innovation/Inventiveness.
