Baltimore International Yacht Club Mixed Use

A mixed-use project, and an urban development scheme to revitalize the impoverished Baltimore inner harbour. The scheme consists of 4-story "water pavilion" with retail and restaurants on "Pier 1", a "Boattel" for winter storage of pleasure boats, and a 25-story
mixed-use residential and hotel tower with 50,000 sq. ft. (5,500 sq. mi.) retail at the base.
