Energy Corridor Mixed-Use at Westheimer & Eldridge Parkway

A mixed-use development situated on 33-acre tract of land (1,437,480 sq. ft. or 159,720 sq. mi.) located at the beginning of Houston's famous "Energy Corridor". The first phase consists of 102 luxury townhome units with many amenities such as lakes and wide-open green spaces. Phase II consists of over 50,000 sq. ft. (5,555 sq. mi.) two-story office/retail pavilion. Phase III consists of 29,000 sq. ft. (3,222 sq. mi.) one-story retail pavilion.
