Remington Winchester Hotel

New 5 story high 3½ star hotel. The site is located in the floodway, and next to active railroad tracts. The challenge was to stay out of the floodway area, and keep out the noise of the train passing by. We have utilized an Insulating Concrete Form system (ICF) in the construction of this budget-tight facility, obtaining impressive sound transmission levels and savings in construction cost.
